While we try to communicate often and clearly about the 48-hour revision request window between delivery of the acapella preview and studio recording of the Keepsake, it occasionally happens that a customer misses an email or hasn’t familiarized themselves with the chosen Keepsake tune. (Samples of each Keepsake recording are available in our library HERE)
We completely understand. And while we will do everything we can to make sure you LOVE your song, we will need to rewrite, re-record in the studio, mix, and master the new song.
This will require a small fee. Not only will this help cover labor and costs, it also ensures we can keep Mama Sing My Song running. Thank you for understanding!
