For Custom Songs, here’s how it works:
1. Choose your song!
Our Keepsake Song is the one from Shark Tank! A studio recording with music of your child’s Custom Song. (Listen to a sample here!)
An Acapella Song is a 1 voice, sung Acapella without music, singing your child’s Custom Song. (Listen to a sample here!)
2. Customize your song!
After you order, we'll email you a link to fill out a questionnaire about your child - the adorable way they say "strawbabies," that scrunchy nose smile that melts your heart, and the hopes and dreams you have for their life.
Fill out the questionnaire at your convenience (or, if you're buying a gift, send it to the recipient!), and we'll use those details to create the most special song for your child!
Soothing lullaby or kitchen dance party? Choose from our library of tunes to decide what style of song you want! Listen to samples here.
Add your child's Custom Song inside one of our Singing Stuffed Animals for a gift they'll cherish forever.
3. Enjoy your Custom Song in 1-3 weeks!*

Our team is made up of an incredible group of songwriters and singers (many of them mamas themselves!). We’re an American company, made up of humans (not AI!), and we believe so passionately in the work we do writing and recording these songs for your little ones.
After you receive your song, you’ll be able to tip your songwriter and recording artist, as an extra way to say “thank you” for the magic they created for your child. They receive 100% of the tips!
We have a whole team of incredible artists who write and record your songs (many of them are mamas too!). Your child’s song may be written and sung by a different artist on our crew.
At this time, due to our artist’s tour schedules and workflow, we cannot guarantee that your song will have the same singer as another of our songs you heard.
If you’re attached to one voice, you can request a particular singer in your Questionnaire (include the link to the song you heard), but we can’t guarantee they’ll be available.
Acapella Song purchases will be delivered within 1 week*.
Keepsake Song purchases will be delivered within 2-3 weeks*.
Classic Songs downloads (non-custom, familiar and original tunes) will be delivered immediately.

Yes! Songs are digital and sent via email. Stuffed animals can be shipped worldwide! For orders outside the U.S., please keep in mind that duty fees may apply.
Currently, our primary songwriting language is English, but we’ve written songs in Spanish, and sung countless phrases and lines in other languages to make your song as Custom and special as we possibly can!
As our team expands, we’d absolutely LOVE to be able to write and record songs in as many languages as possible!

We don’t offer that at this time, but we want you to absolutely LOVE your child's song! If you don't love it, we'll work with you until you do - or we’ll refund you!

Please be sure to double-check your answers, including your child’s name, for errors that could affect the songwriting. If a lyric is inaccurate due to an error on the submitted form, it will delay your joy and also require a small fee to be added to compensate the songwriter for rewriting + recording time.
If you order a Keepsake Song (studio recording with music), please listen to the Acapella Preview that is sent to you, and let us know right away (within 24 hours!) if something isn’t right (name pronunciation, etc.), so we can let our artist team know before they record the final version (at no additional fee!). *Changes requested after your final Keepsake song will require a revision fee.
If you change your mind after receiving your song - for example, you want a different tune, or want all new info added to the questionnaire you originally submitted - there will be a small fee to be added to compensate the songwriter for rewriting + recording time.

Our Classic Songs are NOT custom songs. They are songs we have written and pre-recorded about themes in kids’ lives - being strong and brave, a song for NICU babies, etc. These songs are not customizable or personalized to your child at all. They’re pre-recorded - and also available for streaming! Our Classic Songs also include familiar songs like “Twinkle Twinkle.” You can still get one of our adorable Singing Stuffed Animals with these pre-recorded songs in them, so your child can snuggle up to “Twinkle Twinkle!”
Yes! Our “Classic Song” Bundle comes with the Stuffed Animal + a song of your choice from our pre-recorded Classic songs (like “Twinkle Twinkle” and “Strong & Brave”).

Yes! As long as the player allows you to upload your own MP3 or M4A, you can upload your Song or Keepsake!
You can play audio files that are local on your device through Spotify. Click here for instructions.
If you have the latest version of iTunes, you should be able to download the song from your song link. On a computer, the downloaded file will open in and be played through iTunes automatically. From there, you are able to add the song to your iTunes app on your phone.

If you’re trying to replace the Acapella song file on your sound module, make sure you’re loading a .mp3 file and not a .m4a. Go to your song’s page to get your file converted to .mp3!
No, our Sound Modules can only play one file up to 16 MB. They cannot play multiple files.
We suggest using InShot to make a show with your child's song because it's really easy! You'll need to download the InShot app first. Then, from your Song Player, download the song to your phone. When you open the song file, at the lower right corner you’ll see the “Send” arrow - press this and select the Inshot icon to send the song to your Inshot app! Then in the Inshot app, click on the music icon > "Tracks" > "Imported Music" and you should see the song there!
To create a slideshow, just press the "+" sign on Inshot to add pics-- you can set the duration (how long you want each pic to play) and rearrange the order of the pics how you want. This link is also very helpful!

Children’s toys are a huge contributor of plastic waste. We want to do our part in providing safe and environmentally responsible alternatives to plastic toys. Our animals are manufactured from 100% recycled materials!
Also, the fiber stuffing inside our stuffed animals is made from recycled plastics! Each of our stuffed animals takes approximately 10 plastic water bottles out of a landfill.

- Remove sound module.
- Hand wash using soap and warm water.
- Lather and rinse.
- Place your stuffed animal inside a pillow case and dry in the dryer with a few pillows (recommended).
- Alternatively, air dry your stuffed animal!
Remove the sound module from your stuffed animal and take out the screw in the back. Replace the three AAA batteries with new batteries, replace the screw, put your sound module back in your animal, and get ready to dance! ????
